Every North Star employee carries a photo ID with a badge number. Type the name or number they gave you — you’ll see whether they’re one of ours, right now. If anything feels off, don’t open the door; call us at (555) 018-4477.
What our people will and won’t do
- They carry a photo ID with a badge number and arrive in a marked vehicle.
- They never ask for payment at the door.
- They never pressure you to sign the same day, and they never claim your current alarm company sent them.
- If you booked a review, we text you the tech’s name and badge before they arrive.
